What You'll Do- Working closely with Chief Revenue Officer, like a right hand, following up with his projects, calendar and agenda
- Assisting Chief Revenue Officer for daily business activities which is driving the results of the growth results of Insider
- Conducting projects and follow-ups with 20 regional offices
- Responding to all the related issues on behalf of the Chief Revenue Officer upon receiving their guidance
- Maintaining confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion
- Sustains stakeholder management for the critical projects that are effecting the business results of Insider
- Working with high-performance heads and Sales Team and collaborating with them to continually achieve higher levels of business impact
- Preparing and analyzing reports and presentations
- Continuously innovating, improving and helping to shape Insider’s destiny through observation, research and iteration.
- Helping to develop business strategies for different business segments
Skills and Requirements- University degree ( in a related field or not - we welcome new perspectives as well)
- Having an excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Knowing your way around MS Office Set, especially in MS Excel
- Being a careful listener, close observer and master communicator - numbers are key, but business is built with people
- Being a proactive and self-disciplined person, you take initiatives when necessary
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing task priorities and workload
- Being confident, self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach
- Superior project and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment
